RESOLUTION NO. 2015-24

A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING OPERATING CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION FOR ENGINEERING ON 12TH STREET WATERLINE IMPROVEMENTS


WHEREAS, ORS 294.463(1) allows the governing body of a municipal corporation to transfer appropriations within a fund when authorized by ordinance or resolution of the governing body of a municipal corporation; and
WHEREAS, ORS 294.364(2) limits contingency appropriation transfers made by resolution (versus supplemental budget) to an aggregate of 15% of total fund appropriations; and
WHEREAS, the City of Hood River wishes to transfer appropriations from the Water Fund’s Operating Contingency to the Water Operations Program to pay for an engineering amendment for the design and construction management of a new waterline in 12th Street as a part of the Indian Creek Pump Station project

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by and through the City of Hood River meeting in regular session, City of Hood River City Council hereby adopts a contingency appropriation transfer, makes appropriations, and adjusts the fiscal year 2015-16 adopted budget as follows:
