RESOLUTION NO. 2015-23
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING OPERATING CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION FOR ARBITRAGE REBATE CALCULATIONS
WHEREAS, ORS 294.463(1) allows the governing body of a municipal corporation to transfer appropriations within a fund when authorized by ordinance or resolution of the governing body of a municipal corporation; and
WHEREAS, ORS 294.364(2) limits contingency appropriation transfers made by resolution (versus supplemental budget) to an aggregate of 15% of total fund appropriations; and
WHEREAS, the City of Hood River wishes to transfer appropriations from Operating Contingency to the General Fund’s Fire and EMS Programs for expenditures related to arbitrage rebate calculations on the Series 2009 and Series 2010 General Obligation Bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by and through the City of Hood River meeting in regular session, City of Hood River City Council hereby adopts a contingency appropriation transfer, makes appropriations, and adjusts the fiscal year 2015-16 adopted budget as follows:
