A resolution amending The City Manager Employment Agreement
Whereas the City Manager was appointed May 1, 2014; and
Whereas the employment agreement specifics a performance evaluation at six months; and
Whereas the performance evaluation was held in December 2014: and
Whereas an outcome of the performance evaluation was the determination that the City Manager should be eligible for forty hours of paid administrative leave retroactive to July 1, 2014
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager employment agreement for Steve Wheeler shall be modified to include forty hours of annual paid administrative leave, with no carryover to subsequent fiscal years, effective July 1, 2014.
