Resolution 2013 - 16

A resolution amending Resolution 2012-27 by adopting new Consolidated Fee Schedule to govern fees for all city services, permits and applications and fees,
except for land use applications and appeals

 WHEREAS, the City Council establishes the fees for all city services, permits and applications by resolution, and most recently by the adoption of Resolution 2012-27; and
   
 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is necessary and proper for the City to revise its fee schedule for all such fees, except those for land use applications and appeals, which shall remain at the same amounts established in Resolution 2012-11; and

 WHEREAS, the City Council considered the revised fee schedule for all non-land use matters, attached as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by this reference, at its regular June 24, 2013 meeting; and

 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Hood River City Council that the fees set forth in Exhibit A – the Consolidated Fee Schedule, which is incorporated herein by this reference, are hereby adopted and shall apply starting July 1, 2013:

 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Consolidated Fee Schedule adopted pursuant to Resolution 2012-11 is hereby repealed except for the following fees for land use applications and appeals which shall remain in full force and effect and are not affected by this Resolution:
