Payment Options

• Sign an installment payment agreement

You will not be sent a bill or statement.  It is your responsibility to send payment to the Court by due date.  Failure to pay a traffic citation will result in SUSPENSION of your driving privileges with a charge of $25.00 added to the original fine amount, and may be sent to our collection agency.  If a citation is in “suspended status” with the Court, you are not eligible for an installment payment agreement.  When the citation is paid in full, a clearance will be provided to DMV.

Failure to pay on a criminal case may result in a WARRANT for your arrest.  Any unpaid fines may be turned over to a collection agency adding an additional collection fee.
