Waterfront Refinement Plan

The City Council read Ordinance No. 2015 for the second time to adopt the Waterfront Refinement Plan including the amended Waterfront Overlay Zone on Monday, December 22, 2014.

The City Council held a hearing on the Waterfront Refinement Plan on Monday, December 15, 2014.  Council voted to approve the Waterfront Refinement Plan subject to amendments to the Waterfront Overlay Zone, and read Ordinance No. 2015 for the first time.

Staff prepared a memo to the City Council dated December 12, 2014 with recommendations for the hearing process.

The Planning Commission recommended amendments to the Draft Waterfront Overlay Zone.

The Planning Commission's hearing on December 1 was continued to Monday, December 8, 2014 at 5:30 p.m.  Due to a scheduling conflict, the hearing on December 8 was held in the Hood River Fire Station Training Room at 1785 Meyer Parkway rather than at City Hall.  Please see the planning commission's agenda for details, as well as a memo from the consultant to the Planning Commission.
